His overall returns and win rates are good (as shown below), and he has bought $CERE twice before (in late 2020) and was up 40% in one month and over 230% in 1 year on both those purchases.

• Why: Just an insanely large purchase and he has good historical returns. The downsides are that he doesn’t have much history and there are 3 purchases he has made that I can’t get price info on, so I’m not sure how he did on those.

🥈 Earl Lewis - Director at TGEN (link)

He’s bought the stock two weeks in a row and the 5th time since August. This was also his largest of those 5 purchases, increasing his stake by 4%.
