No insider trades were flagged as High Signal, but I shared my notes on the insider dip buy at Transocean (RIG). It’s a pass for me because I don’t really know the industry well enough to have an opinion, but it appears that mgmt/analysts believe the market is tightening, which could increase rates and utilization through 2027.
