We are coming out of earnings season and starting to see insider trades pick up significantly.

We will continue to see this ramp up over the next couple of weeks as insiders exit their earnings blackout periods and start placing discretionary trades.

This is the best time to look at insider purchases because we can find stocks that were sold off significantly on earnings, with insiders buying the dip, and mgmt commentary (from earnings calls or filings) explaining why the poor quarter is just temporary.
