Software is now up 40% since I posted this on Twitter.

We are the only service that tracks unscheduled net buying by insiders by industry over time to identify which industries have the most bullish insiders.

We have a table in the CEO Watcher Premium Dashboard Google Sheet (and share it daily in the Data Dump section of this email) that ranks every industry by the amount of unscheduled insider buying (v the industry’s historical average). Software has been near the top of the list for a few months now (it’s still in third place, but slowly fading).

It’s been very clear that many software insiders do not believe that AI is killing their business, as the markets feared. The market now seems to agree, and many of these stocks have skyrocketed. Including Okta (OKTA), Tenable (TENB), AudioEye (AEYE), and TravelZoo (TZOO), all of which are up more than 40% since we found insiders making High Signal Trades and added them to the CEO Watcher Portfolio.

There were 243 new insider trades filed.

1 insider trade was flagged as High Signal, as we found another high-quality software company that got sent down 30% on AI-fears (and hasn’t recovered), but actually has improving fundamentals with a new insider purchase. I also share my notes on a different software company (where the CEO is buying stock), whose fundamentals aren’t improving (yet).
