There were 56 new insider trades filed.

One new insider trade was flagged as High Signal and added to the CEO Watcher Portfolio. CEO Watcher Premium subs can see those in the Trade Notes section of this email or the CEO Watcher Premium Dashboard that is linked in the Data Dump section.

• Another director at GameStop (GME) just bought $100k of the stock (and Michael Burry announced that he owned it)

• CEO at CEL-SCI Corp (CVM) bought $200k of the stock

• CEO at Abbott Labs (ABT) bought $2M of the stock (after five purchases in a row)

• Vice Chairman at Interactive Brokers (IBKR) sold $19M of the stock (largest sale ever, out of 154)

• Chief Brand Officer at Procter & Gamble (PG) exercised and sold $14.5m of options (they were expiring next month)

• EVP at Travelers Companies (TRV) exercised and sold $4.68M of options (they don’t expire until 2028)

• Director at Metropolitan Bank (MCB) sold $1.36M (largest sale out of 7)

• SEVP at Regions Financial (RF) sold $1M (3rd largest, out of 11). First sale in almost two years

• The Chief People Officer at Darden Restaurants (DRI) sold $951k of the stock (first-ever sale)

Commentary

We’ve made some updates to ceowatcher.com to add more info (and better charting) for each insider trade.

Like before, if you click on an insider’s name, it will filter for only insider trades from that insider.

If you click on the ticker, it will filter for only insider trades for that ticker.

Now, if you click anywhere else in the row, it will expand to give you more info.

In the top left, you’ll see the trade info along with tags/callouts about the trade. This can help you quickly see if the insider trade is worth diving into more.

Below that section, you’ll see the insider’s track record and recent news about the company.

On the right, you’ll find info about the stock, its previous returns, and a stock chart that includes insider trades.

For the chart, you can choose to only show the specific insider’s trades, or you can see all of the insider trades at that company.

The new charting system also allows you to zoom and scroll the chart to look at any timeframes you want back to 2009.
