There were 112 new insider trades filed.

• After a bunch of insider selling before earnings, the CEO at TransDigm (TDG) stepped in and bought $1.22M of the stock after the 10% post-earnings dip

• A director at Kimberly Clark (KMB) bought $1M of the stock after its 24% dip in the last 6 months. It’s his first purchase in over 4 years and the first purchase at KMB in over 2 years.

• The CEO at Central Bancompany (CBC) bought $1M of the stock. Largest purchase ever, and the stock has been on a tear

• Vice Chairman at Fidelity D&D Bancorp (FDBC) bought $500k of the stock (largest purchase ever, out of 18).

• The CEO at Ares Capital (ARCC) bought $239k of the stock after its 14% dip in the last six months. Two other insiders also bought

• 5 insiders at Ralliant (RAL) bought the 20% post-earnings dip

• Chief Marketing Officer joins the selling at Merck & Co (MRK) with a $1M sale. Now 10 insider sales for $40M in the last month.

• Director at Lam Research (LRCX) sold $7.9M of the stock (2nd largest sale ever, out of 43)

• The Chairman and CEO at Chubb Ltd (CB) sold $5M of the stock

• The Chief Strategy Officer at Globe Life (GL) exercised and sold $4.41M of options (largest sale ever, out of 8)

Commentary

We have added real-time company alerts to ceowatcher.com.

You can add up to 50 companies, and you’ll get an email alert within minutes of an insider trade happening at the company.

There are now two ways you can get real-time insider trading alerts as a CEO Watcher Premium subscriber.

The other is through the Discord (link).

The Discord has a trade-alerts section with a handful of different channels. By default, I’ve turned notifications off for these channels so that you don’t get a ton of notifications every day if you don’t want to. You can turn on notifications for any of the channels, and you’ll start receiving real-time Discord notifications when an insider trade is made.

To set up real-time alerts on the website, go to ceowatcher.com and click on the “alerts” tab in the left sidebar.

Click on the “Configure” button.

Add a ticker that you want real-time alerts for and click “Add”.

Finally, you can choose whether to receive alerts for all transactions or only buys/sells. You can also select to only receive “High Signal Transactions,” which will exclude the low signal and scheduled transactions like tax sales, employee stock purchase plans, dividend reinvestments, private placements, etc.

And while you are there, you should set up your Daily Alerts as well.
