1 insider trade was added to the CEO Watcher Portfolio after multiple insiders stepped in to buy the massive post-earnings dip (and the stock has bounced nicely off the lows). I was also very close to adding CoStar Group (CSGP) to the High Signal List after the CEO bought the dip, but I just couldn’t quite do it. The CEO has tried buying the dip 3x this year, and the previous two have gone poorly. The stock chart has finally flattened out, and it recovered from a 10% earnings dip on the same day (both good signs), but two other insiders also sold the stock.
