There were 100 new insider trades filed.

Two insider trades were flagged as High Signal (and both were added to the CEO Watcher Portfolio). CEO Watcher Premium subs can see those in the Trade Notes section of this email or the CEO Watcher Premium Dashboard that is linked in the Data Dump section.

• Director at GameStop (GME) bought another $260k after buying $250k yesterday. It had been almost a year since an insider bought GME

• 6 insiders (including the CEO) at Cabaletta Bio (CABA) bought the stock for the first time in over two years.

• Another director at Strategy (MSTR) bought $100k of the dip

• Insiders at Immuneering (IMRX) continue to buy the dip (5th insider to buy)

• Argan (AGX) insiders continue to sell the stock as it runs. The stock is up over 100% in the last year, and the insiders have sold $10M this month. It hasn’t slowed the stock down yet

• Another EVP at Delta Airline (DAL) joins the 6 other insiders who have now sold $26M of the stock in January

• The COO at JB Hunt (JBHT) sells $613k of the stock after its 40% run-up in the last 6 months. 6 other insiders also sold in December

• Darden Restaurant (DRI) insiders have really ramped up their selling recently. 5 insiders have now sold $4M in January

Commentary

A subscriber requested the ability to get real-time alerts for specific tickers they follow.

The good news is, this is already being worked on and will be available in the coming weeks.

For now, you can still use our Alerts feature to get alerted at 6am EST every morning if any insider trade happens at those companies.

Here’s how:

1) Click the Alerts icon on the website

2) Click the “Configure” button

3) Click the “Add Alert” button

4) Choose the “Blank” template if you want all of the insider trades, or use the “Basic Starter” template if you want to exclude the trades that we mark as low signal

5) Finally, just add the rule for “Ticker Symbol”, set the middle dropdown to be “in”, and then input your comma-separated list of tickers you want alerts for

Now, you will get an alert every morning at 6am if there is any insider trade at any of those companies.

And soon, you will receive those alerts in real time.
