There were 256 new insider trades filed.

• Four insiders (including the two co-CEOs) are buying the dip in KKR (KKR). Largest-ever purchase for all of them

• Coliseum Capital has started buying Sonos (SONO) again after taking a break from buying since August

• The former CEO at Vertex (VERX) bought $5M (first-ever purchase). The stock is down 30% in the last month, and the insider sold 25 times in a row before this purchase.

• A director at DraftKings (DKNG) bought $2.19M (largest purchase ever, out of 14). This increased their holdings by 40%. The stock is down almost 40% in the last month.

• A director at Microsoft (MSFT) bought $2M. This is their first-time ever buying MSFT, and the stock is down 20% in the last 6 months.

• Voss Capital grabs another $275k of Flywire Corp (FLYW).

• The CEO at Douglas Emmet (DEI) is buying the dip. The stock is down 30% in the last 6 months, and the CEO just bought $1M

• The CEO at Lyft (LYFT) bought $100k of the stock. The stock is down 25% in the last month.

• Director at Royal Caribbean (RCL) sold $91M (7th largest sale, out of 14). The stock is up 30% in the last 3m

• The CFO at PPG Industries (PPG) sold 100% of their listed holdings ($10M, largest sale ever). The stock is up 38% in the last 3 months.

• The COO at Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) sold $2M (largest sale ever, out of 5). The stock is down 28% in the last month.

• The CFO at Applied Materials (AMAT) is selling the stock for the first time in 21 months ($1.8M sale). The stock is up over 100% in the last 6 months.

• Director at Corpay (CPAY) sold $1.24M (4th largest sale, out of 5). The stock is up 23% in the last 3 months, and this sale decreased the director’s listed holdings by 22%.

Commentary

The ceowatcher.com website includes a Top Trades Feed, which includes all of the insider trades that we have ever marked as “high signal”, along with the notes about why we marked them as “high signal”.

You can access the Top Trades Feed by clicking the icon in the left sidebar.

Each trade in the feed includes information about the trade itself.

In this case, the CEO at FTAI Aviation bought $312k of the stock. The most notable data points are that his 6m returns on his previous purchases are 47% and his 1y returns are 64%.

You can also see that the stock is up over 80% since we added it to the Top Trades Feed.

Each trade also includes the notes for why the trade was marked as “high signal” and added to the Top Trades Feed.
