I took a look at Insider Dip Buying Performance over the last year, and it has crushed the benchmarks (IWM for small-cap, SPY for mid/large-cap). The results are even better for dip buys + cluster buys.

I was a little bit surprised by this, as so much of the market’s returns have been momentum-driven (momentum has outperformed the S&P by 17 points in the last year).

1 insider trade was flagged as High Signal (and added to the CEO Watcher Portfolio). It’s a very interesting Middle East water desalination play with a strong theme (water demand exacerbated by AI) and a potential catalyst from the Iran War ending (they had to withdraw guidance due to the war).
