I saw this post floating around at the end of last week.

Almost all of the insider buying (like 25 of the 28 purchases) are software stocks. The $XLK ETF is up because its largest holdings include Micron, Intel, Lam Research, Applied Materials, etc, but the insider buying is at an all-time high because software insiders are buying the dip in software stocks.
